1. About the service · சேவை பற்றி
GramMart is an online grocery ordering service operated by RRRAJAN Agri Traders. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
GramMart என்பது RRRAJAN Agri Traders நடத்தும் ஆன்லைன் மளிகை ஆர்டர் சேவை. இந்த website-ஐ பயன்படுத்தும்போதும் ஆர்டர் செய்யும்போதும் இந்த விதிமுறைகளை ஏற்றுக்கொள்கிறீர்கள்.
2. Account and information · கணக்கு மற்றும் தகவல்
You must provide a valid name, phone number, email address and delivery address. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the information provided.
சரியான பெயர், கைபேசி எண், email மற்றும் delivery முகவரியை வழங்க வேண்டும். உங்கள் account பாதுகாப்புக்கும் கொடுக்கப்படும் தகவல்களின் சரித்தன்மைக்கும் நீங்களே பொறுப்பு.
3. Products and prices · பொருட்கள் மற்றும் விலை
Product availability, images, pack sizes and prices may change. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you to offer a suitable replacement or refund for that item.

4. Payment · பணம்
You can pay online using the available payment gateway (UPI, card, netbanking) or choose Cash on Delivery. Online orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification. Do not close or refresh the payment screen while payment is processing. For Cash on Delivery, keep the exact amount ready when your order arrives.
கிடைக்கும் payment gateway (UPI, card, netbanking) மூலம் ஆன்லைனில் பணம் செலுத்தலாம் அல்லது Cash on Delivery தேர்வு செய்யலாம். Online payment வெற்றிகரமாக verify ஆன பிறகே order உறுதி செய்யப்படும். Payment நடக்கும்போது screen-ஐ close அல்லது refresh செய்ய வேண்டாம். COD ஆர்டருக்கு டெலிவரி நேரத்தில் சரியான பணத்தை தயாராக வைத்திருங்க.
5. Delivery · டெலிவரி
Delivery times are estimates and may change due to product availability, weather, road conditions or other unavoidable reasons. Free delivery applies to eligible orders of ₹500 or more; otherwise a ₹30 delivery fee applies.
குறிப்பிடப்படும் delivery நேரம் ஒரு மதிப்பீடு. பொருள் இருப்பு, வானிலை, சாலை நிலை போன்ற காரணங்களால் மாறலாம். ₹500 அல்லது அதற்கு மேற்பட்ட தகுதியான order-க்கு free delivery; இல்லையெனில் ₹30 delivery charge.
6. Cancellation and refund · ரத்து மற்றும் பணத்திருப்பம்
Contact us quickly if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation is not guaranteed after packing or dispatch. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing time.
Order-ஐ cancel செய்ய வேண்டுமெனில் உடனே தொடர்புகொள்ளுங்கள். Packing அல்லது dispatch ஆன பிறகு cancellation உறுதி இல்லை. ஒப்புக்கொள்ளப்பட்ட refund, payment provider processing நேரத்துக்கு உட்பட்டு செலுத்திய வழியிலேயே திருப்பப்படும்.
7. Location information · இருப்பிடத் தகவல்
If you allow location access, the location is used only to help deliver your order. You may deny location access and enter your address manually.
Location access அனுமதித்தால், உங்கள் order-ஐ சரியாக delivery செய்ய மட்டுமே அது பயன்படுத்தப்படும். Location access மறுத்து முகவரியை நீங்களே பதிவு செய்யலாம்.
